The price for this amazing weekend is £200 team fee (non-refundable) is required per team, this needs to be paid before 13^th April 2018. If you are paying the team fee during the weekend can you please ensure a team fee deposit of £30 is paid before the 13^th April 2018 deadline. There is a player fee and spectator fee, we have a number of options of each depending which services you would like to take advantage of.

• Basic Player fee = £15
• Player fee including one of evening entertainment or meals = £22.50
• Player fee including both evening entertainment and meals = £30

• Spectator fee including one of evening entertainment or meals = £10
• Spectator fee including both evening entertainment and meals = £15

The individual player fee can be paid beforehand or when you arrive for the tournament. This covers the all the costs associated with running the weekend, evening meals, entertainment, trophies, volunteer meal and much more.

Please Note: Maximum number of players per team fee is 12
