These will run on Monday afternoon providing there is enough interest shown.
Team kit must be worn at all times when competing in individual competitions and only players that have registered can take part.
Standard FIBA rules apply. Starting possession will be decided by the toss of a coin.
Each basket will count as 1 point unless shot from the 3-point territory which count for two points. The winner will be the first person to 3 points
Each game will last 5 minutes and the person with the most points after this interval will automatically win. If there is a tie at the end of 5 minutes, the game will go into sudden death and the person starting will be decided by flipping a coin.
The ball must be taken outside the 3-point arc to signal a player has gone from defence to offence and possession changes after each basket.
Each player is permitted 3 fouls before being disqualified.
Each contestant will have 1 minute to make as many shots as possible and will have a maximum of 2 basketballs and 2 rebounders
Shots can be taken from any point on the arc but no two consecutive shots can be taken from the same place
Dunk the ball the best way you can! Best dunks = most cheers!
Remember to have fun and play fair! Please stick to the spirit of tournament!!!
