Is there a Snapchat filter?
Absolutely! It's available from 11noon - 11pm around Student Central and the amphitheatre.
Can I follow the action of social media?
Yes, you can! We'll be doing Instagram, Instagram Stories, Snapchat and Twitter posts during the event. Search for @BradfordUniSU on all these accounts.
What do I need if I have an accident or require first aid?
Please see a member of staff displaying a first aider card (a green card worn around the neck) or please see a member of security. You can also get first aid help from the Student Central bars or UBU reception.
What if I'm feeling thirsty?
Adam and Dan will be hosting their famous annual hydration station from 11am - 11pm! Keep refreshed with us.
I want to bring a barbecue. Can I?
Yes, but you must place it only on one of the special barbecue slabs on the amphitheatre and not on the grass or on the tree line. There will be stewards on hand to support you if you have any difficulties, and there will be buckets of sand around to help you extinguish them.
Can I do X, Y or Z at the event?
Please be aware that any behaviour deemed inappropriate that occurs at the event will be dealt with by security.
Will there be photography at the event?
Yes! Keep an eye out for our photography and video team during the day to make sure you appear in our Facebook gallery and / or video!
Can I play ball games, frisbee etc on the amp?
Sorry, you can't play these due to the risk at hitting other students.
I want to invite my friends to the event. Can they come?

Who do I go to if I have an issue?
Members of University and Showsec security will be at the event and can help you with issues of security and first aid. Members of staff can be identified by their red wristbands and / or lanyards who will be able to assist.
What do I do in the event of an emergency?
In the event of an emergency staff members will advise you to leave the site by the nearest exit and to meet at the nearest point, typically in car parks around the space. In the event of an emergency do not return to the site until permission is granted.
