Debating Society

Enhancing one’s public speaking abilities is fantastic in every aspect of future life – especially for those who want to become solicitors or politicians or teachers etc. Arguing is a regular part of a normal life and becoming fantastic at it will be cultured within this debate society. Within the wider student body, the benefit would be to increase the fame of this university as well as the union itself as we want to produce intellectual speakers who can speak within other universities, city events and have the ability to stare a camera and cultivate a speech so powerful that people can be proud to call this society their own. This society would also create an environment where well-read and well-spoken individuals can build their skills as well as individuals who want to enrich themselves with knowledge without being judged for mistakes, only guided.
