It is advised that you attend the introductory session as this will assist the practical session in the new year.

- SAID, FITT, intensity, specific adaptation to imposed demand, Incremental exercise steps, balanced programme

Flexibility vs Stability

Strength
- Strength reps continuum

Fitness
- HR Zones aerobic, anaerobic, max aerobic, threshold, tempo

Exercise Prescription/Programme Design
- Isolated vs compound ex’s
- Exercise goals, e.g range/length, proprioception, strength etc
- Rest/recovery
