From Arab Dream to Syrian Crisis

Paul Rogers is an emeritus professor of Peace Studies at the University of Bradford.  He has worked in the field of international security, arms control and political violence for 3 decades and has written or edited books on the same field.

Please join us on Monday 6th February to hear how the Arab spring lead to an intrinsically complex situation in Syria, leading to a conflict that has claimed thousands of lives, and displaced millions of others. Paul Rogers will explore the nature of the Syrian conflict, and how it has become one of the biggest humanitarian crises of the 21st century.

Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes early with your ticket (can be an online version) and please be aware that doors will be locked at 18:15pm.
