PRESIDENT

The president is the individual responsible for leading the society. She/he is the society's executive officer and lead the team in all activities. This person needs to ensure that all activities are aligned with the objectives of the society and represent the society at the university and to other stakeholders. She/he is also responsible for motivating and inspiring the members to remain engaged.

 

VICE-PRESIDENT

The Vice President supports the president in overseeing the society's operations. Additionally, he or she assumes the president's responsibilities in their absence and collaborates with other society members to drive its success.

 

SECRETARY

The Secretary ensures that the organization runs smoothly and maintains accurate records. This individual supports the President and the Vice President in all aspects.

 

TREASURER

The treasurer manages the peace society's finances, ensures financial sustainability, and handles all necessary documentation to secure funding for various events and activities.

 

CREATIVE AND SOCIAL MEDIA

This individual is responsible for promoting peace in society through digital platforms. The primary objectives include raising awareness about global issues, encouraging community engagement, and promoting various events and activities.

 

EVENTS AND OPERATIONS

This person is responsible for planning and effectively executing all pre-event requirements required by the university. They need to be actively involved throughout the event process and carry out post-event duties.
