Biko and Escape can already be accessed via a card and I think that it would make sense for this to also be the case for the Communal Hall. 

Along with this, it would be beneficial if the UBU could manage these rooms. Bookings have to go through the UBU at the moment so having the UBU also control access would allow students to have card access when needed, and would make it quicker and easier for everyone to start their meetings and events.
