Getting started – new exec teams 20/21

This checklist covers what you’ll be doing from now until September

• Start having regular exec team meetings 
• Reach out to the 19/20 execs for handover information
• Complete a governing document and upload to OneDrive folder – due 17^th May
• Create an exec agreement and upload to the OneDrive folder
• Fill in a budget application (Sports only) and upload to the OneDrive folder
• Fill in a membership fee form (Activities only) and upload to the OneDrive folder
• Complete online training modules
• Update your webpage information for August
• Get control of the social media accounts and keep them up to date over summer
• Plan Give It A Go activities for September
• Plan for your Freshers Fayre stall
• Submit risk assessments for training and fixtures
• Submit inventories and maintenance logs
